Is this a replacement for my CAD or data collector?
No. Surveyor Ops handles the operations around your survey work: people, jobs, records, field communication, and billing. Keep using your survey instruments, CAD, and specialist processing tools.
Can my crew use it without cell service?
Yes. Sign in and download assigned jobs with signal first. The field app keeps job information available and saves notes, photos, voice notes, pins, and point marks on the phone. Reopen or keep the app open when service returns to send saved work. On iPhone, the app must be open to sync.
Can we bring our existing records?
Customer, job, and payment records can be imported from supported CSV files, and contacts from supported phone exports. We can walk through your current files in a demo and discuss what needs to be prepared.
How does pricing work?
